Anyone who violates these terms may have their commission cancelled and may be blacklisted.

Commissions must be used for personal uses only.

Payment must be made prior to the start of the commission.

Any rude customers shall be blacklisted and refunded.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund any commission due to any reason. The amount refunded will be determined by how much of the commission has been completed.

Credit must be given to the artist if the commission is posted on another website (wiki or toyhou.se).

For portfolio purposes, I reserve the right to post any commissioned artwork on any media with credit to the commissioner.

Commissioned artwork will be emailed as a digital file.

Clients will be given up major revisions upon the sketch phase. However, major revisions after the sketch will require an additional fee.

There is no specific deadline, but one commission should be received within two weeks (for both styles)

In order to attain design accuracy, the client must provide visual references.

Prices can change depending on complexity

All backgrounds will be done plain/gradient

There will only be 6 slots available
